Kitchen Remodeling in Kirkland, WA

ANK Construction INC did our bathrooms and kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend this contractor. Andre and his team are awesome to deal with. ANK Construction crew were honest, hard working, and incredibly talented!!! They helped me realize my dream. Cost estimates were accurate and very detailed. No surprise or extra charge. The work was done few days earlier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ANK Construction.

We have dealt with many contractors for many remodeling jobs in our previous home and current. ANK has been by far the the best experience. Very easy going, direct and prompt. First project where the costs and schedule was as promised. Will be using them for other projects.

Andrey and his team did a great job remodeling our two bathrooms. They were very responsive to our needs. They are highly capable of handling complex and detail oriented work like building tile doors, electrical and glass installs etc. It's been a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them for any interior or exterior remodeling projects.

ANK did a GREAT job on our master bath remodel. The estimate was very reasonable and there were no surprises / increases (except the ones I initiated) in price. They were very flexible in working thru design changes and improvements. The quality of work is excellent and exceeded my expectations. Shout out to all the guys that came every day until the job was done - they were skilled, respectful, personable, helpful, neat and tidy and were just plain "good people"! They were very focused on making sure I was happy with the job. My friends that have seen the bathroom are asking who did the work and for ANK contact info - I highly recommend them!

We used ANK construction for repairing the siding on our house. They were efficient and got the job done within the estimated cost and time provided. We were very happy with results and the quality of the work that was performed. If there was one are they could improve on, it would be communication. It took some follow ups/reminders to get responses though we believe it was because they were very busy with many clients/jobs.

I have been a licensed broker in Renton for over 25 years and have seen every type of contractor you can imagine. Everytime I have hired ANK, the work gets completed within a time frame expected. Selling hundreds of homes you learn there are always challenges or things that come up unexpected. When things come up with ANK, it is resolved to complete satisfaction!

ANK built a sunroom/deck combination for us. Andrey was great to work with. He gave us a competitive bid and walked us through the many options before the project started. His team started quickly (much faster than our other bids were outlining). The workers did a good job keeping the job site clean. Email communication with Andrey for any updates/finalizing details/small changes was very convenient. His team worked smoothly with city inspectors. We are super happy with the completed project and will absolutely hire Andrey and his team again!

Andrey's crew at ANK is fantastic. They did a remodel of our kitchen and bathroom between June 2020 - July 2020 and did a great job. Starting from the bid, reasonably priced to being on schedule and treating my home like theirs. They did a good job towards the end with making suggestions on placement of cabinet handles, type of hardware choices for the bathroom as if this was their own home. Andrey is a great guy to work with, he listens and takes pain to research options and closes the loop. I heard horror stories from people about remodeling and was very skeptical, but working with Andrey and his crew was nothing like what I had heard. Hoping to work with his team on future remodels. Recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!
