Very professional, curious staff. Reasonable pricing. We have been using their service for the past 10 years. Would recommend for any remodeling and painting jobs.

ANK did a full remodel on my house in a very short time. I am very pleased with their service.
They renovated our kitchen and bathrooms, very detailed work, they advice me with my design. Looks so much better then I expected at first.

ANK Construction, INC are the best. I bought a condo in downtown Seattle and wanted to renovate everything. ANK Construction, INC team helped me to completely redo my kitchen (custom cabinets, backsplash, island, etc.) and two bathrooms (marble countertops, new tiles, glass shower/bathtub doors, etc.).

ANK Construction, INC was very professional, honest, and responsive. We were in touch almost every day and he kept me up to date on the status of everything. The renovation process was very long and there were unexpected complications but ANK Construction, INC made sure everything worked out and I could tell they genuinely cared.

Everyone that comes over to my place LOVES how everything turned out, especially the exquisite tile work in the bathrooms. I’ve recommended ANK Construction, INC to so many of my friends and will continue to do so because they are amazing.

Thank you and good job guys, keep up a good work!!!

We used ANK Construction, INC for our bathroom renovation and couldn’t be happier with the results. Having been through a messy kitchen remodel with another contractor before (to some not-so-good results), I must say I was so relieved and pleased to have finally found a great team at ANK Construction, INC.

My guest bathroom needed some major updating and renovation. I received several quotes to begin my renovation process and decided to go with ANK Construction, INC (whose bid was right in the middle of all quotes) because he really took the time to walk me through the entire process and his expertise was exemplary. At our initial meeting with ANK Construction, INC, he told me it would take about 2-3 weeks (most likely 3) from start to finish. I’m happy to say that that’s exactly what it took.

Once our actual work started, ANK Construction, INC took over the day-to-day operations. ANK Construction, INC was terrific! He really seemed to care about the quality of work, was at our house every day to check on the progress and was always reachable by phone whenever I had a question (and I had many). ANK Construction, INC oversaw everything: Demo of the bathroom (they were very clean and carried away the trash the same day), plumbing (I was converting my shower/bathtub combo into a walk-in shower), tiling (installed carrera marble on the floor, subway tile on the shower walls and half-way up the walls around the rest of the bathroom), installation of all new fixtures, new windows, and paint.

The workers were all on time every day -- every single one of them (from demo to the plumbers to the fantastic tile guys) were professional and great to work with. And their quality of work was top notch. I was particularly impressed with the tile guys. The tile team really took their time to make sure everything was meticulous and the results really show.

All in all, I have definitely found my go-to guys for any renovations I’d like in the future. Thanks ANK Construction, INC and your entire team for a JOB WELL DONE!

I wish I could give ten stars to ANK Construction, INC.

I have never managed a remodel by myself or actually ever been involved in one. I found ANK Construction, INC on Yelp and trusted they would be acceptable. Well, they were beyond my expectations and I am living in my home because of them. They are also the most reasonably priced company you will find anywhere. I would highly suggest and recommend them to anyone shopping around. Thank you ANK Construction, INC.

ANK Construction, INC has practically been a permanent fixture in my home since the first project he worked on for me several years ago.

From smaller projects (carpet, tiling, paint) to more major projects (complete kitchen remodel, lighting, moulding, more painting and more tiling :), ANK Construction, INC and his team have always been reliable, honest, easy to communicate with and super responsible.

I’ve ALWAYS been extremely happy with the outcome and will keep working with ANK Construction, INC on all my projects as they come up.

I truly don’t have enough great things to say.

Don’t hesitate to call on these guys. I just hope they’ll have time for me next time :)

I worked for Ank Construction for 6 years. I left Ank last summer 2013 because I moved to another state. I have grown and learned more than I ever expected with this company. I worked with the best team I have ever had! I honestly feel my vision for how a team should work has been realized at this company. My boss was awesome, he knows how to run company.

Although I have to say, honestly and sadly: parts of that area do have a post-apocalyptic look about them these days. Fifty or sixty years ago (when I was a child), it was a nice midlde-class neighborhood.

I think it depends on what type of floor you ienntd to put down.Sheet vinyl should always go under the cabinets or it is guaranteed to curl up unless you modify the job with toe mouldings around the base of your cabinets to hold the vinyl down.Real wood flooring is about 3/4 inch thick and should go down before the cabinetry otherwise the dishwasher will not fit under the counter top. And because wood expands and contracts, you will have depending floors and expanding cabinets which will cause stress on one another if the wood floors are laid last. Also, when the wood contracts, you will gave gaps up against the toe kick unless you modify with toe moldings to conceal the cracks. Think about what it is going to look like when it is finished. It only makes sense to me to finish the floor first and then put the cabinets atop the flooring. So, you will have to protect the floors while installing the cabinetry..
